about the organization. Charities are listed on our database and the organizations
have the ability to update their information to make it easier for donors to find
them. Their listing is maintained by the organizations themselves.
Do I need to register to use Aidin8.com?
No, we do not require a visitor to register with us. All of the information
on Aid in 8 web site is accessible to all. Anyone can view and search information,
and is made available free of charge. Registration is required, only, when you want
to submit any postings, so that
only you can edit or delete your entry.
Do I make donations to my favorite charity through Aid in 8?
No, once you’ve located your favorite charity, information about how you can donate
to them directly might be available, depending on the information we currently have
about the organization.
Does Aid in 8 charge or collect a fee from Charities when donation is made?
No. We DO NOT charge any fee when donations are made.
Aid in 8 DOES NOT take donations on behalf of any organization.
Donations cannot be processed through Aidin8.com.
Donations can be made using the organization's “donation process”.
Other charity portals charge anywhere from 4.75% tax deductible fee, to help cover
their processing cost.
Does Aid in 8 donate to charities?
Yes. We donate 70% of our revenue.
Which charity does Aid in 8 supports?
There are far too many charities that need serious assistance. Our main goal is
to help each and every single one of them, at the very least, help them raise awareness.
Choosing one in particular is a challenge since every organization deserves and
needs help. A corporate decision was made to have the advertiser (our main source
of revenue), choose the organization to which they want us to donate the 70% of
their advertising fees.
